Since 2001, Jean-Philippe has contributed to the success of numerous deep tech start-ups as business coach, board member and/or investor. He holds the positions of Managing Director of the EPFL Innovation Park, vice-president of the SwissParks association, co-founder and chairman of Prediggo SA, chairman of Attolight SA, and is an Innosuisse startup coach.

Jean-Philippe started his career at McKinsey & Co then joined an M&A advisory firm, then moved into corporate strategy and general management at SITA, the global leader of IT services to the air-transport industry. He was instrumental in the set-up of the spin-off Equant that reached $2 billion in revenues and quoted on the NYSE in 1998, and he managed a $200 million business unit for several years.

Thoughout his career Jean-Philippe has been intensively involved in a variety of partnerships and acquisitions both from the corporate and start-up side.

Jean-Philippe holds master degrees in IT / Telecoms from Ecole Polytechnique and Telecom ParisTech in France, and an MBA from INSEAD.
